The Kodak Scan Station 500 is an easy to use, multipurpose scan-send
solution that enables users to digitally share paper documents anywhere
within a
network environment, whether across the hall, across the country, or across the
world.
It’s more than just a scanner…it’s a complete
capture solution. Designed as a walk-up scan-send station that
requires minimal user training, it’s quite possibly the
easiest to use capture device found in the general
office environment today. The Scan Station 500
requires no host PC or application software; it’s all built
in! The color touch screen offers an intuitive, graphical
user interface to operate the Scan Station and direct
the output.
The Scan Station 500 captures both sides of a document in one pass
at speeds up to 30 pages per minute (60 images per minute),
and offers Kodak’s
renowned Perfect Page image
processing and paper handling — in a footprint appropriate
for any work environment.
